France – Proman invests in professional development consulting firm Aksis Moovéus

23 March 2023

Proman, the fourth-largest staffing firm in France, announced that it has invested in Aksis Moovéus, a family-run French network specialising in professional development advice and training.

According to Aksis, the group has a network of 200 agencies with 900 employees, including 650 consultants who are experts in guidance, professional transition, human resources and training. The group provides support and placement, training, skills assessment, validation of acquired experience, business creation and professional retraining. In 2022, the group recorded turnover of more than €70 million.

With this investment, Proman said it enriches its panel of HR solutions and its pool of skills.

Roland Gomez, president of the Proman Group, said, “Aksis Moovéus is a family group known and recognised in the profession for its ‘tailor made’ offer and its local network dedicated to the support and training of employees and job seekers. This operation perfectly reflects Proman’s desire to strengthen its HR offer to adapt to the needs of companies and employees alike. We are proud to partner with them and to begin a new human adventure with their teams.”

Thomas Pourrier and Alexandre Carpentier, associate presidents of the Aksis Moovéus Group, said in a joint statement, “This merger allows us to strengthen our positions in the field of human resources in France. The DNA shared by Proman and Aksis Moovéus convinced us to join forces to offer solutions across the entire HR value chain: support, training, employment. We are convinced that everyone has the power to improve their employability, to find the job that corresponds to their aspirations and to evolve throughout their career.”

Financial details of the investment were not disclosed. SIA reached out to Proman, and the group said it was a “minority investment.”

In January, Proman reported revenue of €3.8 billion for the full year 2022, up by 31% compared to 2021.
