02 July 2018

French staffing firm Proman has acquired Paramount Staffing, a US-based staffing firm focused on industrial staffing.

The acquisition of Paramount Staffing will mark Proman’s first acquisition in the US market and strengthens its roster and resources with an additional 5,000+ employees and 16 offices across seven states.

Proman, which ranks as the fifth-largest staffing firm in France by Staffing Industry Analysts, currently serves 20,000 companies including 45,000 temporary workers in seven countries.

Paramount Staffing President Matt Schubert, and his wife, Tina, will lead the US expansion.

“Tina and I are very excited about our acquisition by Proman,” Matt Schubert said. “The companies match up perfectly from a cultural standpoint, growth strategy, and outlook of the staffing industry. The acquisition will create tremendous opportunities for our team members as we look to expand to more cities throughout the country.”
