HR Path, a France-based HR consulting firm, announced that it has acquired 100% of Daya Dimensi Global, an Australian HR consulting firm.

Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.

Daya specialises in delivering innovative HR technology based solutions to its clients and has over 15 years of experience in HR management.

According to HR Path, the acquisition will enable it to further strengthen its operations and improve business, the end-to-end control of the value chain, and allows HR Path to drive the HR performance of companies in the market from HR consulting.

“With the €100 million fundraising that we announced early April, we have the ability to fuel HR Path’s rapid expansion in international markets. Daya is the first acquisition we make but it is certainly not the last. Hopefully, another one will follow shortly,” François Boulet, Co-founding partner of HR Path, said.

“At HR Path, we’re currently present in 14 countries, this acquisition will enable us to reinforce our global position especially in Asia, a strategic area for us,” Cyril Courtin, Co-founding partner of HR Path, said.

Peter Goldrick, Managing Director of Daya, commented, “We feel like we have a lot in common with HR Path including the similarity in culture and strong human resources knowledge and experience.  We are certain we will be able to grow together.”
