France – Groupe DLSI acquires Tiro Personal AG

French staffing firm Groupe DLSI announced that, through its subsidiary Pemsa, it has acquired Swiss-based Tiro Personal AG, a headquartered in Zurich.

The acquisition was announced as effective from 1 July 2017.

Tiro Personal AG, which provides temporary and permanent placement in the construction, medicine and more, reported turnover of CHF 3.7 million (€3.3 million) in 2016 and Group DLSI states that the firm offers a good opportunity in terms of diversification of customers and business. CEO and founder Amir Tiro will continue with the company.

“By establishing ourselves in the city of Zürich, Switzerland's financial center, and bringing together many branches of national companies, we are opening up new opportunities for growth,” Groupe DLSI stated. “This new external growth operation in 2017 confirms the group's ambitions to become a major player in temporary employment and recruitment in the Swiss market.”

The acquisition marks Group DLSI’s third in 2017, following the acquisition of EMO France and Swiss-based Bova Service.

No further financial details of the transaction were disclosed.
