French staffing firm Groupe Crit has announced, through its US subsidiary PeopleLink, the acquisition of US-based EHD Technologies.

Founded in 2002 and based in Tennessee, EHD Technologies is a provider of quality inspection and assurance services to customers throughout the automotive, industrial and electronics industries and offers talent acquisition staffing and recruitment.

With this acquisition, Groupe Crit stated that it continues its expansion in the US and strengthens its divisions specialised in Quality Control and Professional Staffing.  Groupe Crit expects EHD revenue of USD 31 million in 2016.

EHD Technologies will be integrated in Groupe Crit’s accounts on February 2017.

Groupe Crit recently reported revenue of €556.5 million for the fourth quarter of 2017 and completed its acquisition of Cobalt Ground Solutions, a provider of ground handling solutions at London Heathrow Airport.

No further financial details of the EHD transaction were disclosed.
