View All NewsFrance – Groupe Crit H1 revenue rises with boost from domestic staffing, while international staffing remains steady
French staffing firm Groupe Crit (CEN: FP) reported revenue yesterday for the first half of 2018 of €1.21 billion, an increase of 3.6% compared to last year and an increase of 4.9% on a like-for-like perimeter basis and constant foreign exchange basis.
The company reported second-quarter results earlier this year of €652.0 million.
Within the group’s Staffing and Recruitment division, International staffing revenue rose 0.3% on an organic basis to €239.3 million. In the US, continued improvement in margins remains the priority and Spain should confirm its solid momentum both in terms of growth and profitability, according to the company.
In France, staffing revenue in the first half rose 5.5% on an organic basis to €774.6 million, despite a less-favourable second quarter.

The group said it will remain attentive to external growth opportunities that could enable it to strengthen its operations in Europe. On this continent (excluding France), the group confirms its ambition to reach €300 million in revenues by 2020.
Groupe Crit will report third-quarter results on 24 October 2018.
Shares in Groupe Crit fell 2.48% at close of market in Paris to €66.80. The company had a market cap of €741.4 million.
