France – Freelance.com full year revenue rises 21.5%

French online staffing platform Freelance.com (EPA: ALFRE) reported revenue of €187.7 million for the full year 2018, an increase of 21.5% when compared to the previous year. The group stated that this is the 3rd consecutive quarter of double-digit growth.

The group said its domestic and international (Germany, Morocco, Singapore, Switzerland) businesses contributed to revenue growth for the year.

During the year, Director General Claude Tempé resigned from his post, effective 25 January 2019.

Looking ahead, the group said it is targeting double-digit growth and further improvement in profitability for 2019. Freelance.com added that it is aiming to exceed €220 million in revenue for 2019 with the longer-term goal of exceeding €500 million within five years.

The group is set to publish its Q1 2019 results on 20 May 2019 after market close.

As of last trade Freelance.com traded at €2.06, up 0.98% on the day and 10.43% below its 52-week high of €2.30, set on 11 March 2019. Based on its current share price the company has a market value of €72.97 million.
