France – Ergalis tipped to buy Aura RHR

31 October 2012

The French temporary staffing specialist Ergalis is tipped to acquire the HR provider Aura RHR, Les Echos reports. Ergalis, among the largest recruiters in the country, did not comment on the issue when contacted by Staffing Industry Analysts.

The newspaper claims that the deal has yet to be formally authorised.

Ergalis was founded in 2010 by investment firm Activa Capital which took over Randstad subsidiary Selpro in the same year.

More recently, Ergalis bought three staffing providers in July, including TalentPeople. This followed the acquisition of Intérim Medical Service (IMS) at the start of the year.

In 2011, Ergalis’s staffing revenues amounted to €120 million, just missing the top 20 in Staffing Industry Analysts’ ranking of the largest staffing firms in France, based on sales. The recent acquisitions might well catapult the firm higher up the ranks.
