France - Ergalis continues on acquisition track

Ergalis, the temporary employment agency which was founded in 2010 by investment firm Activa Capital, has announced the acquisition of Intérim Medical Service (IMS), the medical and paramedical specialist staffing agency, for an undisclosed amount.

IMS was founded in 1975 and generated revenues of 2.6 million Euro in 2011.

The acquisition follows the takeover of Randstad subsidiary Selpro, in September 2010 and the acquisition of Plus HR, the specialist staffing agency in the services sector in March 2011.

Ergalis' group revenues amounted to 120 million Euro in 2011. Including IMS, Ergalis now generates 8 million Pounds of revenues in the medical and paramedical sector.

Philippe Latorre, Partner at Activa Capital, commented "Ergalis will continue to grow in the temporary employment and the Human Resources sectors, both by organic growth and by acquisitions."
