06 September 2010

A press release published on Friday 3 September after close of business reveals that revenue was up by +25.5% from 55.9 million Euro in H1 2009 to 70.1 million Euro in H1 2010 at DLSI SA (ALDSL:PAR), the France-based temporary and permanent staffing group.

Excluding acquisitions revenue was up by +16.5% from 51 million Euro in H1 2009 to 59.5 million Euro in H1 2010.

Revenue generated outside France was up by +15.25% to 22.18 million Euro in H1 2010. The Company operates in Luxembourg, Germany, Switzerland and Poland.

DLSI also announced this morning that it has acquired a regional staffing firm, Excess Interim, on 1 September 2010. Excess Interim had revenues of 57 million Euro in 2009 and operates through 12 offices in France. DLSI says in a statement "this acquisition confirms our ambition to become a major player in the French temporary employment industry. Due to our policy of external growth (as opposed to organic growth) the group now has more than 70 offices."

Earlier in the year, the Company acquired Normandy-based, Groupe Alarys.

Full interim results for H1 2010 will be published on 28 September 2010.

In early trading this morning, DLSI's shares were up +2.2% to 6.35 Euro.
