French staffing firm DLSI, through its subsidiary Pemsa, has acquired Swiss-based staffing firm Bova Service SA.

Bova Service, which has operated for more than 40 years specialising in the provision of temporary and permanent personnel in the construction and industry sectors, offers DLSI the opportunity to diversify its client base and business. The company is based in Bienne, a city which DLSI states is the main bridge between German-speaking Switzerland and French-speaking Switzerland.

DLSI said that this move will also strengthen its commitment to expanding its presence in German-speaking Switzerland.

DLSI has stated that it will continue to explore other acquisition opportunities in France, as well as in the rest of Europe.

No further financial details of the transaction were disclosed.
