France – DLSI Q2 revenue up 10% on acquisitions

French staffing firm DLSI SA (ALDLS: PAR), announced results for the second quarter ending 30 June 2017 reporting revenue of €54.1 million, up 10.0% compared to the same period last year.

The increase in revenue for the second quarter was driven by acquisitions. In February the group, through its subsidiary Pemsa, acquired Swiss-based staffing firm Bova Service SA.  In June, DLSI acquired Lyon-based EMO France, a temporary employment agency that provides qualified carpenters for manufacturing and installation both domestically and internationally. Furthermore, the group is continuing its spending spree as it acquired Swiss-based Tiro Personal AG in July. The three acquisitions represented €15 million in extra revenues, half of which is to be consolidated this year. Revenues outside France represented 28% of total revenues, this was an increase of 6.73% compared to 2016.Looking forward DLSI stated that the initial €200 million sales target for FY 2017 should be surpassed. With the acquisitions, the group adjusted their estimates accordingly and is now anticipating €212 million, up from €205 million previously. DLSI stated that further acquisitions are likely in the next half year.

In trading today, DLSI traded at €27.00, up 1.35% on the day and 1.68% below its 52-week high of €27.46, set on 26 June 2017. Based on its current share price the company has a market value of €67.71 million.
