France – Adecco launches Adecco Analytics division

Adecco France has announced the creation of Adecco Analytics, an internal division that aims to make digital transformation a strategic priority.

The role of the division is to build on the algorithmic processing of data to develop tools for professional employment and human resources. Adecco states its ambition is to support public and private stakeholders in the design, deployment and management of their employment policies, recruitment plans and management skills.

Adecco Analytics solutions are based on the management of 160 million data from the Adecco Group, public sources and partners. Martin Vitkine has been appointed director of Adecco Analytics.

“Algorithmic data processing now allows employment stakeholders to better understand and anticipate the dynamics in their territory, including the hidden job market. With Adecco Analytics, our ambition is to design effective tools available to better meet these challenges,” Vitkine, said.
