Europe – SIA kicks off 10th annual CWS Summit tomorrow in London

25 March 2019

The field of contingent workforce management is rapidly evolving as is candidate behaviour. Apart from keeping an eye on changes in technology, online staffing and legislation progress, CW managers must keep an eye on what the talent – in varied age groups – want.

To help leaders –in HR, procurement, IT and finance – stay on the cutting edge, Staffing Industry Analysts will hold its 10th annual CWS Summit Europe in London, starting tomorrow.

“It’s about how new entrants to the workplace are going to be engaging with organisations. Companies need to design their workforce programmes with the eyes of tomorrow so they can attract and engage the new workforce, says Peter Reagan,  senior director of contingent workforce strategies and research at SIA.

The conference kicks off with an introductory session and a keynote on “State of the Industry and a Path to the Future” by Reagan.

The conference will also feature sessions covering future technology and strategy, optimising talent and operations, SIA’s latest research and the best service offerings from industry suppliers.

Tomorrow’s summit takes place at the Royal Lancaster Hotel in London. It will be followed by the second annual Collaboration in the Gig Economy conference, which will bring all players across the workforce solutions ecosystem in a forum geared towards collaboration and innovation as well as focusing on the latest developments in the gig economy.
