Europe – Randstad Group BeLux appoints new CEO, announces further changes to management team

15 March 2023

Randstad Group Belgium and Luxembourg announced that Annic Bosmans will be the new CEO, effective 1 April 2023.

Bosmans succeeds Herman Nijns, who joins Randstad's Executive Leadership Team as Chief Executive of Southern Europe and Latin America.  Bosman started her career in 1997 as a consultant at Interlabor Interim, part of Randstad. She progressed through all the management levels within the organisation and joined the management team in 2018. Since then, she has led Randstad's temporary employment activities in Belgium.
"It's a huge honour to be able to lead the organisation that has given me so many opportunities since the beginning of my career," Bosmans said. "We want to offer employment with good working conditions to everyone who wants to and is able to work. Everyone should be given a chance on the labour market and our role is to guide them effectively. This broad social role is what continues to motivate me after all these years and I look forward to developing it further with the entire management team and all colleagues. I would like to thank Herman Nijns and Dominique Hermans (Chief Executive Northern Europe) for their confidence."

Hermans said, "I am delighted to welcome Annic Bosmans as CEO of Randstad Group BeLux. Her years of experience within the organisation combined with her leadership style make her the ideal person to work with the rest of the management team to strengthen Randstad Group's position in the changing world of work and ensure that we remain the partner of choice for talent and the strategic partner for clients."

Nijns said, "My new role in the international Executive Leadership Team provided a natural handover opportunity. I am immensely proud that Annic, who has been part of the management team for five years, will be my successor. Annic and the other members of the management team are extremely well positioned to ensure continuity while continuing to build Randstad Group into a complete HR services provider by further broadening our offerings and strengthening our corporate culture."
Randstad also announced further changes in the management team.

Sandra Brondeel, currently Director Operations Flemish Brabant and Brussels, succeeds Bosmans as Managing Director of Randstad Belgium. Inge Van Goubergen will join the management team on 1 April as Managing Director International & Strategic Accounts. Günther Ghijsels (CDO/CIO), Muriel Gysens (Managing Director Tempo-Team Belgium and CMO), Walter Reynaert (CHRO), Marc Van Harneveldt (COO and Managing Director of all other HR services) and Hans van Slooten (CFO) are also part of the management team.
