Most executives in Bulgaria expect their businesses to grow in 2018 and 78% plan to recruit new employees, according to research from executive search firm Stanton Chase International.

The research showed that 77% of executive managers said their businesses grew in 2017 and this year, 82% of them expect growth.

Last year, among the sectors that sustained significant growth in 2017, were outsourcing (60%), technology (45%), industrial (42%) and consumer products and services (41%).

Stanton Chase’s research also showed that more than half of executive managers consider discovering talents and retaining employees as most important for growth in 2018.
