Belgian HR service provider SD Worx is reportedly close to acquiring temporary staffing firm Vio Interim with a deal expected to be completed this year, reports De Standaard. SD Worx’s offer for Vio Interim is said to be “attractive”. SD Worx stated that the acquisition of Vio Interim would fit in with its growth strategy. Last year SD Worx acquired Fidelis HR and Ceridian UK and Ireland. Vio Interim is a temporary agency organisation specialising in logistics, production, sales and services and is headquartered in Ghent.
