Activity in Recruitment, Search & Selection (RSS) was on the rise for the second quarter of 2016, increasing by 34.1% compared to last year, according to data from Federgon, the Belgian Federation of Staffing Agencies.

The increase in Q2 is the fifth consecutive quarter that the sector posted an increase.

"These figures clearly show that companies need specialists to assist them in recruitment and other HR activities and they are also willing to invest in this area,” said Ann Cattelain, coordinator of Recruitment, Search & Selection in Federgon.  “These excellent results show that the added value of RSS firms is clearly recognized and appreciated. We believe that this positive trend will logically continue.”
