The Recruitment, Search & Selection sector reported growth in turnover of 19.3% during the fourth quarter of 2017, when compared to the previous year, according to a report from Federgon, the national federation of HR service providers.

"The RSS sector continues to benefit from the good economic situation and the increased demand for employees who can make a difference," Ann Cattelain, Recruitment, Search & Selection Sector Coordinator at Federgon, said. "The solutions offered by RSS firms in a labour market where talent is becoming increasingly scarce are adding value for business customers.”

Federgon also pointed to a survey conducted among its members active in recruitment, research and selection which showed that RSS firms are increasingly using new technologies and digital tools to find appropriate talent.
