North Macedonia's Commission for Protection of Competition (CPC) said that Alma Career, a unit of Finland's digital media group Alma Media, has asked for approval to acquire full ownership of job board Vrabotuvanje Online, reports SeeNews. Earlier this month, Finland-based media company Alma Media, which operates a number of job boards, announced Alma Career agreed to purchase a 70% stake in Vrabotuvanje Online. The antitrust body said the public can submit comments on the proposed transaction by 30 June.

Tau Online, part of the Alma Media Group, already owns 30% of the company, so Vrabotuvanje Online would become fully owned by the Alma Media Group once the CPC approves the deal.
