Alma Media said it will renew its organisation and segment structure as of 1 March 2024. In the future, Alma Media's business segments will be Alma Career, Alma Marketplaces and Alma News Media.

The purpose of the segment structure revision is to accelerate the implementation of the group strategy and increase transparency in business operations. The new segment structure enables closer collaboration within the segments and the efficient use of technology in service development.

The changes will not affect the Alma Career business segment, which continues to focus on recruitment business and recruitment-related services in Eastern Central Europe and Finland. Alma Career's recruitment services include Jobs.cz, Prace.cz, CV-Online, Profesia.sk, MojPosao.net, MojPosao.ba and Jobly.

The group invested in future business growth during the quarter, accelerated investments in product development and focused on leveraging artificial intelligence in its business operations.

Revenue for the full year amounted to €304.9 million, representing a change of -1.2%. Looking ahead, Alma Media expects its full-year revenue and adjusted operating profit of 2024 to remain at the 2023 level.
