Market research firm Savanta found that 22% of employees in the UK say they have faced discrimination in the workplace because of their identity, PA Media reported. However, the figure was lower than in the US and other European countries. The research found that workers who were Black or Asian, or who belonged to the LGBT+ community, were more likely to have experienced difficulties.
