SIA Names Staffing Leaders to European Top 100 List

London, UK — 25 August 2016 — The 100 most influential people in the European staffing market have been announced by Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA), the global advisor on staffing and workforce solutions. The annual list, now in its third year, recognizes the leaders and the luminaries across Europe who are shaping the industry as it grows globally. This year’s European List is sponsored by Bullhorn.

This list comprises men and women from all sectors of the industry. Staffing Industry Analysts compiles the list based on the impact and influence individuals have had on contingent work, be it through growth, vision, innovation or legislation, during the past year. This list is not a ranking but rather a call out to those who have made a difference to the world of work.

“The List gives us a sense of identity by applauding those who have taken the industry to the next level,” said Subadhra Sriram, Publisher & Editor, Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA). “It is especially exciting to be announcing the honorees ahead of our Executive Forum Europe, where these and other top executives from across the staffing industry will gather around the theme Future Directions, Future Opportunities for a look at what’s to come.”

“We send our heartiest congratulations to the impressive recruitment visionaries on the SIA European Top 100 list,” said Peter Linas, International Managing Director for Bullhorn. “Behind every great staffing company are its people – employees, talent, and leadership – and the guidance of select thinkers and doers has helped this industry grow to unprecedented levels in recent years. Europe is paving the way for continued recruitment growth on a global scale, and Bullhorn is proud to support SIA and the staffing industry’s advancement around the world.”

The geographic mix comprising the list increased this year, with more representation from outside of the UK, Europe’s largest staffing market, as smaller markets advance. The inclusion of only 13 women due to the predominantly male composition of leadership teams is counter to the overall composition in staffing, where female talent is heavily represented and holds significant potential for future leadership.

The Staffing 100 Europe website profiles these leading lights and showcases the very talent driving the industry forward. The list will also be featured in the Autumn 2016 issue of Staffing Industry Review.

SIA’s Executive Forum Europe takes place 13-14 October in London.
