Fiona Coombe is Director of Legal and Regulatory Research and is responsible for quarterly regional Legal Updates on the latest legal developments of significance for staffing firms and buyers in Asia Pacific, North America, Europe, Middle East & Africa and Latin America regions. 

She also provides research and analysis into specific issues of compliance and risk impacting the workforce environment in all regions. 

Fiona qualified as a lawyer in the UK in 1987 and worked in private practice for 11 years before joining the Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC) in 1998. For 10 years, Fiona managed the legal services provided to 13,000 staffing industry members. In the 4 years prior to joining SIA she ran her own business providing legal consultancy services and compliance training for staffing businesses across the UK.
