SeatonCorp, a Chicago-based staffing and recruiting firm, reported fourth-quarter revenue rose 39 percent on a year-over-year basis.

Divisions of SeatonCorp include Staff Management, which provides vendor on premise staffing as well as acts as a managed service provider, and PeopleScout, a provider of recruitment process outsourcing. PeopleScout signed 21 new clients in 2010, according to the company.

SeatonCorp ranked No. 36 on Staffing Industry Analysts' 2010 list of largest U.S. staffing firms with estimated 2009 staffing revenue of $255.0 million.
