Kelly Services CFO leaving to join Hershey; controller steps up

February 27, 2015

Kelly Services Inc. (NASD: KELYA), one of the world’s largest staffing firms, announced Patricia Little will step down as the company’s executive VP and CFO, effective March 13 to join The Hershey Company. Olivier Thirot, Kelly’s senior VP, corporate controller and chief accounting officer, will assume the role of acting CFO, reporting to the President and CEO Carl Camden.

Little joined Kelly Services in 2008 in her current role from Ford Motor Company in Dearborn, Mich. She is leaving Kelly to take same title of senior VP and CFO with Hershey.

Thirot joined Kelly Services in 2008 as VP of finance for Kelly Services’ EMEA region, and in 2011 assumed the additional responsibility for Kelly’s APAC region. In 2014, he was promoted to senior VP, controller and chief accounting officer, based at Kelly’s global headquarters in Troy, Mich.

“I want to thank Patricia for her considerable contributions as a member of Kelly’s leadership team,” Camden said. “She has been instrumental in helping develop and implement our long-term growth strategy. We are grateful for her years of service and wish her continued success.”
