Corporate Resource Services delays 10-K filing

April 18, 2014

New York-based staffing firm Corporate Resource Services Inc. (NASD: CRRS) will not meet its extended deadline for filing its annual report on Form 10-K with the Securities and Exchange Commission. It expects to complete its Form 10-K and file it with the SEC within the next few weeks, according to the company.

“We are working diligently with our external auditors to finalize our financial statements and file our Form 10-K with the SEC. With the filing of our 10-K, we expect to report revenue growth in excess of 20 percent and record profitability for the year,” said CFO Michael Golde. “Details of our conference call to discuss the fourth quarter and full year results will be announced once our Form 10-K is filed.”

Corporate Resource Services, which began trading on the NASDAQ Capital Market in September, operates 247 staffing and on-site facilities throughout the United States and the United Kingdom. It ranks No. 28 on Staffing Industry Analysts’ list of fastest-growing staffing firms in the U.S.
