Atrium Staffing of California acquired Bay Staffing Solutions, a San Francisco-based boutique staffing agency. The acquisition brings expertise in residential real estate and nonprofit staffing to Atrium’s California branch, which currently specializes in the commercial and retail real estate sectors.

The transaction closed Aug. 29; terms were not disclosed.

Paul Cenni will continue to lead the Atrium Staffing of California; Bay Staffing Solutions Founder Pam Connor will join Atrium as VP, talent management, and the Bay Staffing Solutions brand has ceased operations.

“From a strategic perspective, we’re expanding our footprint within the real estate sector by adding residential to our well-established commercial and retail recruitment offerings,” Cenni said. “With this partnership, Atrium emerges as the market leader representing the Bay Area’s top real estate talent and simultaneously takes on nonprofit as a new specialty.”

Atrium Staffing provides temporary and direct hire staffing, employer of record payrolling, independent contractor engagement and recruiting.
