Hospitality Staffing Solutions LLC acquired FoodStaff, a provider of food and beverage personnel based in Charleston, SC.

FoodStaff operates seven offices in the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic regions. Its clients include Compass Group, Sodexo USA, Sage Dining and Marriott International. FoodStaff was founded in 1988 by CEO Bailey Bolen, who will remain with the combined companies during a transition period this year.

Plans also call for the FoodStaff brand to remain; it will operate as a subsidiary of HSS. All FoodStaff internal and temporary employees will be retained.

HSS is based in Atlanta and operates in 34 states and Puerto Rico.
