CEIS acquires New Mexico-based government staffing provider and Houston-based Rayne Staffing

Critical Energy Infrastructure Services LLC, a portfolio company of private equity firm White Wolf Capital, acquired Clover Leaf Solutions and Rayne Staffing.

Critical Energy Infrastructure Services acquired Clover Leaf Solutions, a government contracting, consulting and staffing provider based in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

Clover Leaf Solutions, founded in 2005, provides consulting and staffing services for Department of Energy laboratories and commercial clients across the US.

Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Rayne Staffing

The acquisition follows Critical Energy Infrastructure Services’ acquisition in December of Rayne Staffing, a Houston-based provider of engineering, construction management and skilled trades professionals to the power industry.

Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Rayne Staffing, founded in 2017, provides professionals on a contract, contract-to-hire and direct placement basis.
