Job&Talent, a digital staffing platform headquartered in Madrid, Spain, is integrating its three subsidiaries in the US — LGS Staffing, Sentech Services and Instaff — under the global Job&Talent brand.

The integration announced Dec. 12 aims to establish a more cohesive identity in the US market.

“The unified brand marks the beginning of an exciting new chapter for us,” Diego de Haro Ruiz, US CEO at Job&Talent, said in a press statement. “It not only signifies our effort to streamline our operations but also enables us to deliver our best capabilities to all clients and workers, paving the way for the rollout of our innovative workforce management platform next year.”

Job&Talent focuses on the manufacturing and logistics sector and has placed more than 115,000 workers in more than 30 states since it entered the US market in 2021.
