SkillStorm acquired Talent Path, a company that operates on a recruit-train-deploy model.

“Talent Path is a company we’ve been following for several years,” SkillStorm CEO Justin Vianello said. “Like SkillStorm, Talent Path hires and trains tech talent based on client demand. We’re delighted to welcome Talent Path’s consultants and clients to the SkillStorm family.”

Talent Path, based in Houston, was backed by private equity firm Achieve Partners. Achieve Partners invests in businesses that can help boost economic mobility through apprenticeship programs in the technology and healthcare sectors.

As part of the deal, Achieve Partners is making a strategic investment in SkillStorm.

“This team has proven they can scale and I can think of no better home for Talent Path,” said Anand Radio, managing director at Achieve Partners.

SkillStorm also provides recruit-train-deploy staffing and is based in Jacksonville, Florida.
