A group called the ITServe Alliance is trying to force a court ruling against US Citizenship and Immigration Services’ policy that imposed additional requirements for IT consulting firms seeking to employ workers on H-1B visas, which allow highly skilled professionals to work in the US on a temporary basis, Bloomberg reported. Members of the ITServe Alliance have filed more than 40 lawsuits challenging the policy.
