A new lawsuit claims Walt Disney Parks and Resorts US Inc. discriminated against a class of IT employees by terminating them and outsourcing their work to contractors that employ workers with temporary visas. Bloomberg BNA reports 30 former IT employees brought national origin and race discrimination claims against Disney in a complaint filed in the US District Court for the Middle District of Florida. This is the third time that Disney has faced a lawsuit from laid off workers alleging they were unlawfully replaced by foreign workers.
