Peoplelink Group, a South Bend, Ind.-based staffing firm, acquired TeamSoft, an IT staffing provider headquartered in Madison, Wis.

TeamSoft provides contract and direct hire IT staffing services, primarily in Wisconsin. However, it does have clientele in several other states including Indiana, Texas, and New Jersey. TeamSoft targets IT professionals such as project managers, developers, system administrators, engineers, business analysts and program managers.

The transaction closed Nov. 1; terms were not disclosed. Plans call for the TeamSoft brand to remain with no changes to the company’s current management staff.

“This acquisition is perfectly suited for our ‘profit center’ business model,” said Peoplelink President and COO Jay Mattern. “TeamSoft is a leader in the information technology staffing niche and is in a strong position in their market.”

Peoplelink Group ranks No. 38 on Staffing Industry Analysts’ 2016 list of largest US staffing firms and No. 16 on the list of largest industrial staffing firms in the US. It is owned by Groupe Crit, a Paris-based staffing provider.
