New CEO at Fahrenheit IT

Global Employment Solutions and its Fahrenheit IT division named Wayne Cavanaugh as CEO. He replaces Howard Brill, who led the company for the past 16 years.

Cavanaugh most recently served as Global Employment Solutions’ CFO, COO and president, a role he assumed last year.

Brill will remain on the company’s board as executive chairman, provide strategic insights and focus on mergers and acquisitions. He remains the company’s largest individual shareholder.

Prior to joining Global Employment Solutions, Cavanaugh was a VP of KRG Capital Partners where he focused on investments in the healthcare services, business services and energy sectors. Early in his career, he was a private equity analyst with Svoboda Capital and an investment banking analyst with Merrill Lynch in Chicago and London.

“Wayne has spent the last five years becoming fully immersed in our business,” Brill said. “His track record in growing and driving operational and financial performance and building a great team around him allows me to take on the role of executive chairman. I look forward to seeing continued growth of the company under Wayne’s leadership.”

Global Employment Solutions ranks No. 53 on Staffing Industry Analysts’ list of largest staffing firms in the US. Its largest segments served are IT and office/clerical.
