IT solutions and staffing firm NTT Data announced that it acquired Vectorform, an IT solutions and consulting firm based in Royal Oak, Michigan.
“Vectorform’s multidisciplinary expertise brings a collaborative, thought-provoking and inspiring fusion of engineering and design that reimagines the end user experience,” said Wayne Busch, group president of NTT Data Services’ consulting and digital transformation services unit. “As part of the NTT Data family, this approach will be accelerated by ongoing R&D investments and global scale.”
Vectorform’s 80 employees will join NTT Data’s consulting and digital transformation business.
NTT Data said the deal will complement its existing operations in automotive, energy and manufacturing and expand its capabilities in IoT, immersive and smart technologies.
NTT Data ranks as the 29th-largest provider of IT staffing in the US.
