BV Investment Partners invests in Hardenbergh Group

BV Investment Partners, a Boston-based private equity firm, announced an investment in the Hardenbergh Group, a Livonia, Michigan-based nonclinical healthcare staffing provider. The deal will give BV Investment a majority stake in the firm, according to a company representative. Hardenbergh also offers medical organization consulting as well as leadership development and coaching services for physicians.

“We’re excited to leverage BV’s network and experience to help them execute on our shared strategic growth plan,” Sean Wilder, managing director of BV, said in a press release.

Hardenbergh was founded in 1991 by Mary Hardenbergh, who is now the company’s president and board member.

“This partnership marks an important inflection point for our company and one that will only benefit our employees and our customers, and our team remains committed to our purpose — to elevate healthcare organizations in their unending pursuit of better,” said Hardenbergh CEO Daniel Hart.
