People: The Delta Companies, Jackson & Coker, Hayes Locums and Advanced Resources

Healthcare staffing firms announced personnel changes.

Healthcare staffing firm The Delta Companies promoted DeLibra Wesley to chief operating officer. Wesley had previously served as executive VP of operations at the Dallas-based company as well as VP of risk management and as senior VP of operations.

Jackson & Coker, an Atlanta-based locum tenens recruitment firm, named Tim Fischer as its new president. He takes over from Sandy Garrett, who is retiring from the role after more than 20 years with the company. Fischer has 27 years of experience in staffing and most recently was president at Medical Doctor Associates, now known as Cross Country Locums.

Physician recruitment firm Hayes Locums announced Amy Perry will serve as its new CFO. Perry formerly served as CFO of the National Hockey League's Florida Panthers since 2015; prior to Florida Panthers, Perry had served in the accounting department at Cross Country Healthcare, where she worked on its initial public offering and served as controller of Cross Country Staffing. In addition, Hayes Locums appointed Bobby Moses as its first-ever chief strategy officer. Moses is one of Hayes Locums’ founders and has served in numerous roles at the company since 2012.

Advanced Resources, named Jill Winters as managing director to lead its HealthTECH practice in the Midwest. The Chicago staffing agency’s technology division, which specializes in the healthcare industry, is among the fastest-growing areas of its business. Winters most recently was sales director at the Evanston Group.
