The US Army awarded a $219 million contract for nurse staffing to a joint venture between staffing firms GiaCare and MedTrust, GovConWire reported. MedTrust is based in San Antonio, Texas, and reports that it holds the largest Department of Defense nursing contract in the country. GiaCare is based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
