The Adecco Group named Trent Beekman as the co-president of Modis, an IT and engineering staffing and solutions division of The Adecco Group. He will serve as president of Modis’ Recruitment Solutions division, alongside Ger Doyle, who was named  Modis’ president of Enterprise Solutions, after serving as country manager and CEO of Australia for The Adecco Group.

These are two new positions at Modis. John Marshall, CEO of Modis, expanded his leadership team and segmented the business into Modis Enterprise Solutions and Modis Recruitment Solutions. Marshall appointed Doyle to head up the enterprise segment and Beekman to head up the recruitment segment. Enterprise focuses on staffing and solutions for Modis’ largest relationships, while recruitment focuses on temporary and permanent staffing for small and midsize businesses.

Beekman will lead Modis North America’s retail temporary staffing and permanent placement business. He has been a leader within The Adecco Group’s North American finance and office organization for the past 15 years, most recently as senior VP – Eastern zone for the Accounting Principals, Ajilon and Parker+Lynch brands. 

Beekman’s role became effective in August while Doyle began his new role this month, following his move to the US; both Beekman and Doyle are now based in Jacksonville, Fla.
