Morson Group acquires Anderselite

UK-based engineering recruitment firm Morson Group acquired Anderselite Holdings, the parent company of Anderselite Ltd, which provides recruitment services to the construction, civil engineering, facilities management and rail sectors.

Anderselite is headquartered in Southampton, UK, and was founded in 1984. The company has six regional offices across the UK providing permanent, temporary and contract blue- and white-collar recruitment services to companies within the construction and rail sectors. Anderselite was previously part of listed US staffing firm CDI Corp., a Philadelphia-based provider of engineering and IT staffing, but completed a management buyout in 2016.

Under the agreement, Anderselite will become a wholly owned subsidiary within the Morson Group maintaining its own brand and contracts whilst working alongside other Morson Group companies.

“Anderselite has an extremely strong brand within the UK and specific expertise in the civils, maintenance, rail and construction markets. The addition of Anderselite to our portfolio means we are well placed to service the future growth expected in these sectors while consolidating our market leading position in rail,” said Morson Group CEO Ged Mason.

Morson Group is the largest engineering staffing firm in the UK with a global presence across all engineering markets including rail, aerospace defence, energy, infrastructure, IT and oil & gas. Morson has more than 40 offices worldwide and is headquartered in Manchester, UK.
