ZeroChaos names CEO, COO

May 10, 2016

ZeroChaos promoted Michael Werblun to chief executive officer and Matthew Levine to chief operating officer, effective May 10. ZeroChaos provides VMS and MSP services as well as independent contractor compliance and risk management, RPO, statement-of-work solutions and other services.

Werblun replaces Board Chairman Campbell Langdon, who took over as CEO when Harold Mills stepped down in December 2015.

Werblun most recently served as ZeroChaos’ president, business development and global strategic relationships. He previously was executive VP, enterprise solutions, overseeing customer delivery in North America. Werblun joined ZeroChaos in 2010 after its acquisition of eWork, a vendor management company focused on healthcare, where he served as CEO. Before that, he held numerous leadership positions in the contingent labor industry.

The COO role is a new position within ZeroChaos. Levine most recently served as president, global customer delivery, overseeing day-to-day operations for multiple global business lines. Before that, he was senior VP of risk management solutions. Prior to joining ZeroChaos, Levine was VP of operations at Checkpast.com from 2002 until its acquisition by ZeroChaos in 2009.

“Michael is one of the most knowledgeable leaders in the industry with decades of experience,” said Langdon. “His track record of creating game-changing strategic workforce solutions for some of the most forward-looking companies sets the tone for ZeroChaos’ continued innovation with our clients. And, Matthew’s operational expertise and leadership skills are a strong asset for our organization as we continue to grow. As CEO and COO, Michael and Matthew are the perfect team to lead ZeroChaos’ ongoing commitment to delivering the best solutions and expertise to our global clients.”

Headquartered in Orlando, Fla., ZeroChaos has global operations in the Americas, Europe and Asia. Private equity firm Snow Phipps acquired the company in 2011.
