Leadership has always been crucial, and now it’s more important than ever, said Barry Asin, president of Staffing Industry Analysts.

Despite the changes in the world, “the one thing you can control is your leadership,” Asin said in a video interview on the upcoming Staffing Industry Executive Forum North America.

“Dare to Lead” is the theme of this year’s Staffing Industry Executive Forum which takes place Feb. 13 through Feb. 16 in San Diego, Calif.

Asin will discuss leadership in his keynote at the forum on Feb. 14, and there will be a panel discussion on leadership that will explore the impact of change through top leaders at some of the most powerful and influential firms in the workforce solutions ecosystem.

Those leaders are:

• Chad Lane, president, Allegis Global Solutions
• Jonas Prising, chairman and CEO, ManpowerGroup
• Susan Salka, CEO, president and director, AMN Healthcare.
