Yoh names new president

April 06, 2017

Yoh is naming Executive VP Emmett McGrath to the role of president, effective April 10. Current President Anthony J. Bosco Jr. also today announced his retirement from Yoh and Yoh’s parent company, Day & Zimmermann. Bosco will continue in a part-time role as executive VP of Day & Zimmermann for the remainder of the year.

McGrath re-joined Yoh in January. He previously worked for Yoh in various roles from 1985 to 2004, working his way up from recruiter to branch and district manager and eventually leader of Yoh’s West and Central regions. He left in 2004 to join On Assignment (NYSE: ASGN) and subsequently started ClearEdge Advisors LLC. His most recent position before re-joining Yoh was leading Specialist Staffing Solutions’ Real Staffing USA division.

“I am excited about where the company is going and the recent acquisitions and investments in great talent,” McGrath said. “We have a strong, stable foundation that Anthony Bosco and his team has established. I want to thank him for that, and I look to build on that success. There has never been a better time to be at Yoh, and I look forward to providing our customers and employees with a great experience from start to finish.”

Yoh is a business unit of Day & Zimmerman and ranks No. 26 on Staffing Industry Analysts’ list of largest staffing firms in the US. The company has completed three strategic acquisitions in the past six months, including Starpoint Solutions, DreamJobs and most recently, ERG Inc.
