Xalles Holdings Inc., a Washington, DC-based fintech holding company providing technology and financial services solutions, agreed to acquire Capital Innovations Management LLC, a Houston, Texas-based provider of domestic staffing services to clients in all vertical markets. 

CIM will become a wholly owned subsidiary of Xalles Technology.

As part of the deal, VGR Technology Partners Inc., an existing Houston-based wholly owned subsidiary of Xalles Holdings providing IT staffing, will merge its domestic staffing portfolio with CIM and subsequently be divested to focus on international staffing.

“We are excited to have Capital Innovations Management’s staffing capabilities added to the Xalles corporate structure to expand our inroads into the technology and healthcare markets,” Xalles Holdings CEO Thomas Nash said. “This addition sets up new synergies between existing entities within the Xalles family and expanded external revenue capture.”

The acquisition is expected to close on or before March 31.
