WorkGenius Group, an AI-based talent platform, announced Monday that it acquired Agency WorX, a New York-based staffing firm.

Agency WorX will add mid-eight figures of revenue to the WorkGenius Group, the company reported.

“The acquisition of Agency WorX allows us to double down on our vision to become the global human capital powerhouse of the future,” said Marlon Rosenzweig, CEO of WorkGenius Group.

WorxX was founded by Alicia Fazio and Amanda Levit. It operates primarily in the US.

WorkGenius’ acquisition of WorX follows another acquisition announced June 2022. The company bought JBC, a New York-based staffing provider that caters to the retail, entertainment, media, creative services and fashion industries.

“Labor shortages, particularly in the data, tech and marketing field, will persist, and we intend to capitalize on those with our unique technology offering,” Rosenzweig said.

WorkGenius was founded by Rosenzweig in Hamburg, Germany, and is based in New York.
