Freelancer management system provider Work Market added Tom Benton to its leadership team as chief revenue officer.

Benton most recently was global VP, sales and business development, at Salesforce.com, where he led the growth strategy for the enterprise business unit and held global revenue responsibility for the HR and employee engagement offering and the launch of Analytics Cloud.

He previously worked for Oracle, holding the positions of VP of sales, strategic growth markets; VP of sales, North America technology organization; and senior director of platform solutions and database appliance.
