The Biden administration is looking into technologies that monitor, evaluate and manage employees, Computerworld reported. The White House Office of Science and Technology Policy announced it would be releasing a public request for information to find out more about automated technologies used to surveil workers. The office noted constant tracking of performance can pose a risk to workers’ safety and mental health and might also lead to discrimination.
