Westerwood Global acquires workforce management solutions provider Nstar Global Services

Westerwood Global, a global provider of managed service solutions, announced the acquisition of Nstar Global Services.

Westerwood Global, established in 2000, provides workforce development solutions to high tech manufacturing industries, including managed services and technical staffing.

Founded in 2001, Nstar Global Services provides direct-hire services, asset relocation services, facility services and equipment. It is headquartered in Garner, North Carolina, with a training and asset lifecycle management facility in Boise, Idaho, and serves clients across a variety of high-tech industries.

The terms of the transaction were not announced.

Westerwood and Nstar will leverage their strengths to become asset lifecycle management and workforce solutions partners to the semiconductor and related high-technology industries.
